-- Raymond Dequinn Stokes, 29, 4000 block of West Gadsden Street, driving while license suspended/revoked, narcotics violation, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- Henry Keith Sifuentes, 40, 2600 block of Hillcrest Avenue, two counts of lewd/lascivious behavior, sexual offense, two counts of sexual battery.
-- Sylvester Brown, 54, 8200 block of Groveland Avenue, three counts of assault/battery on a law enforcement officer, possession of firearms or electric weapons, resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.
-- Lasean Martinez Washington, 27, 1700 block of West Jackson Street, narcotics violation.
