The Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce will host the second annual Strategic Health Intelligence Summit on Nov. Thursday and Friday at Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front on Pensacola Beach.

The summit will bring together national leaders in health care, the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, research organizations, insurance companies and private sector innovators to discuss and find solutions for strategic health intelligence.

This year's theme will be "Strategic Health Intelligence: Global Perspective. Tactical Applications," and will place an emphasis on the granular and real-life details of health information.

Guest speakers will discuss global perspectives of medical interoperability and coordination, as well as highlight demonstrated health information exchanges leading to the formation of the nationwide health information network.
